SHIPPING POLICY
Our FREE shipping ranges in Monroe Park campus ONLY. Failure to pick up your purchase within 5 days of purchase will result in an invalid order of nonrefundable products. An email or message will be sent out to you based on the order information.
Our shipping rates are standard and range from 2.50 and up. Orders will be shipped on business days which are Monday- Friday. We do not offer international shipping. We do not deliver our products to P.O. boxes. All expedited orders require a Street Address. Shipping is only available to the 50 United States.
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Handling time can increase the overall length of time between the ordering and the arrival of goods. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Items that are back in order will be shipped out as soon as they become available.
Return & Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds and/or exchanges.

Please Note
- Orders will be processed within 2-5 business days, with the exception of pre-orders.
- You will receive your order anywhere from 10-40 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed.
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays
- Orders placed after 12PM PST or over the weekend will not begin processing until on the following Monday.
- Due to limited availability we limit to 6 items per order.
